
Yogurt Bark with Apple and Pistachios

Ingredients
- 1 Crimson Snow® apple
- 2 Greek yoghurts
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 tablespoons pistachios
- 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
Instructions
- Mix the yoghurt and honey in a bowl until dissolved.
Wash and grate the apple, then add it to the yoghurt mixture. - Transfer the mixture to a baking tray and spread it out evenly to form a thin layer.
- Sprinkle the pistachios and pomegranate seeds over the mixture.
