Yogurt Bark with Apple and Pistachios

Ingredients

  • 1 Crimson Snow® apple
  • 2 Greek yoghurts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons pistachios
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix the yoghurt and honey in a bowl until dissolved.
    Wash and grate the apple, then add it to the yoghurt mixture.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray and spread it out evenly to form a thin layer.
