Apple and Shrimp Salad on Endives

Ingredients

  • 2 Crimson Snow® apples
  • Endives
  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g shrimp
  • 4 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 lime
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions
