Ingredients
- 1 Crimson Snow® apple
- 1 avocado
- 1 spring onion
- Black pepper
- 1 Greek yoghurt
- 1 can of tuna
- Toasted bread
- Walnuts
- Dill
Instructions
- Toast the bread.
- Mix the yoghurt with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and salt.
- Chop the apple, avocado, spring onion, and walnuts into small pieces.
- Combine all ingredients with the yoghurt sauce and spread over the toast.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and a few sprigs of dill.
