Apple, Tuna, and Walnut Toasts

Ingredients

  • 1 Crimson Snow® apple
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 spring onion
  • Black pepper
  • 1 Greek yoghurt
  • 1 can of tuna
  • Toasted bread
  • Walnuts
  • Dill

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread.
  2. Mix the yoghurt with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and salt.
  3. Chop the apple, avocado, spring onion, and walnuts into small pieces.
  4. Combine all ingredients with the yoghurt sauce and spread over the toast.
  5. Sprinkle with black pepper and a few sprigs of dill.
